Courtyard House offers all you are looking for in a relaxing self-catering holiday cottage not far from the market town of Kelso. It is ideally situated in the Scottish Borders only half a mile from the Northumberland and England border.

The house has been beautifully renovated to accommodate six people comfortably.

Entering on the ground level into a spacious entrance hall with cloakroom & heated coat cupboard. A well equipped spacious kitchen with breakfast bar. An atmospheric dining room where everyone can gather to eat together & a cosy living room with a gas stove, TV & DVD player.The house also has WiFi.

Upstairs you will find three comfortable & stylish bedrooms, and as an extra element of luxury they are all en-suite.

For outside fun the garden is large & enclosed, perfect for dogs & children. We welcome a limited number of dogs & trust responsible owners. There is a charge of £10 per dog & they are restricted to the downstairs area of the house.

Run by a biomass boiler, the heating can be exactly to your liking. Keeping you warm & comfortable all year round.
